Men’s 7-Day Ayahuasca & San Pedro Retreat
“The strongest men are not those who show strength in front of the world but those who fight and win battles nobody knows about.”
Andalusia, Spain

PROGRAM
Day 1 — Private Arrival & Opening the Field
Guests are personally welcomed into a carefully curated space of privacy, beauty, and safety.
Time is given to settle in and disconnect from the outside world.
We begin with an intimate opening circle, setting the energetic foundation of the journey.
A soft, guided qi gong session allows the body to arrive fully, followed by a conscious eye contact practice to establish trust and presence within the group.
The evening closes with a nourishing, high-quality dinner and relaxed connection in a calm, grounded atmosphere.
Day 2 — Deep Preparation & Emotional Access
The day begins in silence with qi gong and a guided walking meditation in nature.
Participants are gently guided into a powerful group process exploring the question:
“What do I carry as a man?”
Each guest receives a private 1:1 body therapy session, supporting the release of held tension and emotional blocks.
A guided writing process — letter to father or mother — opens space for clarity, forgiveness, and deeper understanding.
The evening is dedicated to refined ceremonial preparation, where intention, nervous system regulation, and inner alignment are carefully cultivated.
Day 3 — Ceremony I | Entering the Inner World
The morning unfolds slowly, with gentle movement and spaciousness.
Time is intentionally left open for reflection, integration, and personal process.
Private bodywork sessions continue, offering individualized support.
In the evening, we enter the first ceremony —
held in a highly experienced, safe, and deeply respectful container, where each participant is supported with precision and care.
Day 4 — Integration, Silence & Grounding
This day is devoted to integration.
We begin with soft movement and breath awareness, followed by a silent walking meditation in nature.
A structured witnessing circle allows each man to be seen and heard without interruption — creating a field of deep respect and presence.
The day includes continued private support sessions and intentional solo time in nature, allowing the experience to settle and integrate at a deeper level.
Day 5 — Ceremony II | Expanding Capacity
The day opens with embodied practices: qi gong, TRE (Tension Release Exercises), breathwork, and voice activation.
These practices are carefully selected to expand emotional capacity and nervous system resilience, preparing the body and mind for deeper work.
The evening ceremony invites participants into a more profound level of surrender, trust, and inner exploration.
Day 6 — San Pedro | Heart Opening & Connection
A gentle, grounded morning leads into practices focused on connection — barefoot walking meditation, trust exercises, and conscious relating.
The San Pedro experience takes place during the day, allowing for a heart-centered, expansive journey in connection with nature, self, and brotherhood.
In the evening, we gather around the fire for a closing integration circle, anchoring insights through reflection, presence, and shared experience.
Day 7 — Completion, Integration & Closing Ceremony
The final day begins slowly, with gentle movement and reflection.
A closing group process explores:
“What do I take home from this experience?”
Final 1:1 sessions are offered to complete individual processes with care and attention.
We close with a brotherhood circle, honoring the depth of the journey and the connections formed.
The experience concludes with a final ceremony and a grounded, conscious closing of the space, allowing each participant to transition back into life with clarity, strength, and integration.
A space for men who are ready to face themselves honestly
This 7-day retreat in Andalusia, Spain, is a carefully held space for men who are ready to step away from noise, pressure, and performance, and enter a deeper relationship with themselves.
Many men carry more than they show.
Pain connected to the father.
Pain connected to the mother.
Pain from childhood.
Emotional suppression.
Loneliness.
Anger.
Numbness.
The pressure to always appear strong.
For many men, this pain is not always visible. It may appear as emotional distance, confusion, self-protection, disconnection, restlessness, control, or difficulty opening the heart.
This retreat was created for men who are tired of carrying that alone.
Through Ayahuasca and San Pedro ceremonies, brotherhood, reflection, nature, and grounded guidance, this experience offers a space for emotional healing, inner clarity, and reconnection with the parts of oneself that have been hidden, neglected, or left behind.
This is not about becoming a different man.
It is about becoming a more whole one.
A man who can feel without shame.
A man who can remember his tenderness without losing his strength.
A man who can look at his past without being imprisoned by it.
A man who can relate to himself and others from a more grounded, honest place.
Why a retreat only for men?
There is a specific kind of healing that can happen when men gather in a space created for honesty, trust, and brotherhood.
Many men feel more comfortable opening emotionally in the presence of other men. In the right male space, there is often less pressure to perform, explain, defend, impress, or maintain an image. Defenses begin to soften. The truth comes closer. What has been buried for years can finally be seen and spoken.
This retreat is designed to offer that container.
At the same time, the retreat is guided by a grounded and maternal presence that brings emotional safety, warmth, and trust. For many men, this creates a deeply healing balance: the strength of brotherhood, and the safety of being received without judgment.

The intention of this retreat
The intention of this retreat is not only to help men release what they carry.
It is to help them understand it.
To look at the relationship with the mother.
To look at the relationship with the father.
To understand how childhood experiences still live inside adult emotions, relationships, fears, and patterns.
To reconnect with the younger part of themselves that still needs tenderness, truth, and care.
This retreat supports men in exploring the wounds connected to their parents, their inner child, and the way those wounds continue shaping their self-worth, emotional life, intimacy, and relationship to the world.
It is a space to meet grief, anger, shame, abandonment, protection, longing, and vulnerability with more honesty and compassion.
Why come alone?
Coming alone is an important part of this journey.
When a man comes alone, he has the opportunity to step out of his usual role. He is no longer arriving as a partner, protector, provider, or someone trying to hold everything together for others. He arrives simply as himself.
Without needing to care for someone else.
Without needing to protect an image.
Without being seen through the expectations of people who already know him.
This creates more space for honesty, silence, emotional openness, and real inner work.
For many men, this is where something true begins.

What makes this retreat different
This retreat is held with care, responsibility, and real human presence.
It is not about performance.
It is not about spiritual image.
It is not about escaping life.
It is about truth.
It is about emotional honesty.
It is about healing what has been carried alone for too long.
The atmosphere is intimate, grounded, respectful, and deeply human. This is a space where men are invited to slow down, listen inwardly, be witnessed without judgment, reconnect with their emotional truth, and return to themselves with more clarity and compassion.
